Before you talk yourself out of it

Somewhere in the next day or two, a thought is going to arrive about whether you can really spare the time. You can. It's just over an hour a week, and you've lost more than that to lying awake.

There's nothing to prepare and nothing to read beforehand. Turning up is the whole ask.
