Developed for GPs, nurses and health professionals who are tired of explaining it for the third time
Turn the patients you've stopped expecting to improve into your best clinical work, without becoming a psychotherapist.
A structured clinical method for recognising and working with the nervous-system patterns underneath anxiety, trauma-related distress and unexplained physical symptoms inside your existing scope of practice.
When you've tried the usual approaches and the patient is still stuck.
You've explained it.
You've reassured them.
You've given them the advice.
You've treated what you can treat, investigated what needs investigating, and referred when appropriate.
And yet they keep coming back.
The symptoms are still there. The anxiety hasn't shifted. The same patterns keep showing up.
You know there is more going on, but you're not always sure what to do next.
This is where many experienced health professionals reach the edge of what their conventional clinical training has given them.
Not because they aren't capable.
Because some patients don't need another explanation.
They need a different kind of clinical response.
There is another option between
“do nothing more” and “become a psychotherapist.”
The NeuroTransformation Method™
Gives you a structured way to recognise and work with the nervous-system patterns that can sit underneath anxiety, trauma-related distress and unexplained physical symptoms.
It is designed to complement your existing clinical expertise, not replace it.
You don't have to become a psychotherapist.
You don't have to abandon your medical or healthcare role.
And you don't have to add another complicated model to your already overloaded working life.
You learn a clear method for understanding what may be maintaining the pattern, deciding what to do next, and facilitating change appropriately within your existing professional scope.
What changes when you know what to do next.
Imagine seeing a patient who has been stuck for months or years and no longer feeling that you've reached the end of the road.
You stop automatically reaching for another explanation.
You start noticing what is happening beneath the presentation.
You have a clearer sense of what to explore, what to address and what to do next
You have a structured process to guide your clinical thinking.
You know when to regulate, when to explore what is maintaining the difficulty, and when to help the person practise a different response.
Your conversations become more purposeful.
You spend less time repeating the same explanation.
And instead of carrying the frustration of knowing something needs to change without knowing how to facilitate it, you have a practical method you can draw on.
The result isn't simply another qualification or another set of techniques.
It's a greater sense of clinical possibility.
A method you can actually use
The NeuroTransformation Method™ brings together clinically grounded principles from psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, somatic practice and neuroscience-informed approaches into one coherent process.
At its heart is a simple progression:
Regulate
Establish enough safety and capacity for change to be possible.
Reveal
Recognise what may be maintaining the current difficulty.
Reinforce
Consolidate the change so it can continue beyond the consultation.
Rewire
Create and rehearse new responses rather than simply talking about them.
Resilience
Support the ability to maintain those changes under real-world pressure.
The power is not in having more techniques.
It's in knowing which response is needed, when, and why.
Start getting value from the first weekend
This isn't training designed to sit in a folder until you have time to “get around to it.”
The training is delivered across two weekends in November and December, giving you space between the sessions to absorb what you've learned, practise the method and begin thinking about how it applies to your clinical work.
Rather than trying to absorb everything in one intensive block, you'll have the opportunity to learn, practise, return to your work, and come back with real questions and experiences to explore.
You'll learn the method, see how it works, practise the processes and develop an understanding of how to apply them appropriately within your professional context.
You'll receive the complete NeuroTransformation Method™ manual, protocols and scripts to support you when you return to practice.
And because real clinical questions don't stop when training finishes, your learning continues with 12 months of group mentoring and supervision.
So when you encounter something in practice and think,
“What do I do with this?” - you don't have to work it out alone.
What other health professionals are saying
“The training was excellent, well structured and practical. I felt confident putting it into practice straight away and experienced immediate results.”
— Mark van Renen
“This training is insightful and enlightening. I would highly recommend it to expand your knowledge, skills and ability to make a difference in people’s lives.”
— Jade Stanley
Built from real clinical experience
Annelie Peusschers developed the NeuroTransformation Method™ after more than 16 years working with people experiencing anxiety, trauma-related distress and psychosomatic difficulties.
Over thousands of hours of clinical work, she began to see a recurring pattern.
People could understand what was happening to them intellectually. They could have insight. They could talk about their history, understand their triggers and know what they were “supposed” to do differently.
And still, their symptoms and responses could remain the same.
That observation led Annelie to explore what was happening underneath the conversation and how the nervous system, learned responses and embodied patterns could be worked with directly.
Her work brings together psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, somatic practice and neuroscience-informed principles into a practical clinical approach designed to facilitate meaningful change.
The NeuroTransformation Method™ is the result of refining that approach through years of clinical application and translating it into a method that other health professionals can learn and use within their own professional context.
Annelie's focus is not on giving clinicians more information to remember.
It's on helping them recognise what is happening in front of them, understand what may be maintaining it, and know what to do next.
Your training doesn't end after four days
When you join, you're not simply buying four days in a training room.
You receive:
Four days of face-to-face training across two weekends in November and December
An immersive, practical experience delivered over two weekends, giving you time between sessions to integrate the learning and return with real clinical questions.
The complete NeuroTransformation Method™ manual, protocols and scripts
A practical reference you can return to as you begin integrating the method into your work.
Guided experiential processes
So you understand the work not only intellectually, but through your own experience.
A certificate of completion
Documenting your professional development without implying any change to your professional registration or scope.
A private professional community
A place to stay connected with others doing the work and share the experience of integrating it into practice.
Twelve months of group mentoring and supervision
Ongoing guidance as questions, cases and real-world applications arise.
You may be wondering...
“I don't have time to learn another complicated model.”
That's precisely why the method is structured as one coherent clinical approach rather than a collection of disconnected techniques.
The goal is to give you a way of thinking and working that you can actually use.
“I'm not sure hypnosis belongs in healthcare.”
You don't need to become a stage hypnotist or change who you are as a clinician.
Clinical hypnosis is taught as one component of a broader, structured approach to facilitating therapeutic change.
“Isn't trauma work outside my scope?”
The training is designed to be integrated within your existing professional role and scope of practice.
It does not turn a health professional into a psychotherapist, nor does completion imply a change to professional registration or scope.
“I've done professional development before and struggled to apply it.”
This is why the training is experiential, with practical protocols, scripts, guided practice and ongoing mentoring and supervision.
The aim is not simply for you to understand the concepts.
It's for you to know what to do with them.
This is for you if...
You're a GP, nurse or health professional who:
✅ regularly sees patients who aren't improving despite appropriate treatment and advice
✅ finds yourself repeating the same explanations or reassurance
✅ senses there is a nervous-system or body–mind pattern contributing to what you're seeing
✅ wants a clearer clinical response when conventional approaches aren't enough
✅ wants to expand your capability without stepping outside your professional role
✅ values practical, clinically grounded training over another purely theoretical course
✅ wants ongoing support while integrating a new approach into real practice
This isn't for you if...
❌ You're looking for a quick collection of techniques to add to your toolbox.
❌ You're looking for a replacement for your existing clinical training or professional scope.
❌ You're unwilling to practise and experience the method yourself.
❌ Or you're looking for a purely theoretical course that ends when the training days are over.
This is for health professionals who want to develop another level of clinical capability while remaining grounded in the work they already do.
An investment in what becomes possible
The investment is
$6,000.
This includes the four-day face-to-face intensive, the complete training materials, private professional community, certificate of completion and 12 months of group mentoring and supervision.
For the right clinician, the value isn't simply in the information you receive.
It's in what changes when you can sit with a patient who previously left you wondering,
“What else can I do?” and have a structured answer.
Because the cost of staying stuck isn't only another consultation.
It's the time spent repeating approaches that aren't shifting the pattern, the frustration of feeling you've reached the limit of your options, and the gradual loss of confidence that can come from repeatedly seeing the same patients without knowing what to do differently.
The aim is to give you another way forward.
You don't need more things to try.
You need to know what to do next.
The NeuroTransformation Method™ gives experienced health professionals a structured way to recognise and work with the patterns underneath anxiety, trauma-related distress and unexplained physical symptoms without requiring them to step outside the role they already have.
If you've reached the point where you've tried the usual approaches and you're ready to develop another level of clinical capability, this is where you begin
