What is therapy?
The mind is complex, but it helps to see it in two parts: the conscious and the unconscious. The conscious mind is the part that thinks, judges, and takes in the world through our senses. It shapes our thoughts, actions, and awareness.
The subconscious holds our memories, emotions, habits, beliefs, and values. It stores everything we see, hear, feel, and think. Deeper still, the unconscious carries feelings, urges, and memories outside our awareness - and it quietly drives much of what we do.
Psychotherapy and hypnotherapy help bring these hidden parts to the surface. By understanding and reshaping what’s stored beneath, we can uncover the deeper thoughts that guide us and find a more balanced way of seeing ourselves and the world.
Psychotherapy

Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a state from which you can make extremely powerful changes in your life. It is the state in which you are the most receptive, creative, and intuitive. What happens during hypnosis is the agreed surrender of your body and mind, which allows you to relax fully and open your mind to safe suggestions and positive changes delivered by a trained and trusted psychotherapist.
A number of ailments can be treated with professional hypnotherapy, from obsessions to anxieties, phobias, depression, eating disorders, insomnia and even the physical pain associated with cancer or migraine. Hypnotherapy has also been proven effective for increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, and even improving athletic performance.
