A 12-month professional development pathway for experienced healthcare practitioners whose existing qualifications and scope of practice support therapeutic work with clients.

It builds on the clinical knowledge, ethical responsibility and professional experience you already hold.

Across four in-person training days and 12 months of mentoring and supervision, you will learn how to integrate somatic therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation and Belief Reorganisation within a clear therapeutic process.

Who this training is for

The program is intended for qualified healthcare practitioners who already work therapeutically and want to deepen the way they understand and respond to complex client presentations.

Suitability

Depends on your qualifications, experience, current scope of practice and professional responsibilities.

Build on your existing clinical foundation

Your experience of working with people, clinical responsibility and professional care provides the foundation for this training.

The program extends that foundation by exploring how nervous system responses, subconscious learning, emotions, beliefs and physical experience can interact in a client's presentation.

You will learn to

  1. Assess

    what the client needs

  2. Select

    an appropriate point of intervention

  3. Sequence

    processes carefully

The aim is to support meaningful change while remaining attentive to regulation, pacing, ethics and scope of practice.

What you will learn

An integrated clinical framework

For working with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related patterns, limiting beliefs and nervous system dysregulation.

Somatic sequencing

Recognise and work with sensations, responses and patterns communicated through the body. You will learn a structured way to help clients engage with physical experience at a pace that supports regulation and reduces the risk of overwhelm.

Clinical hypnotherapy

Use clinical hypnosis as a focused therapeutic intervention for nervous system regulation, subconscious learning and behavioural change. Hypnosis is taught as part of a broader therapeutic process, with attention to preparation, clinical judgment and integration.

Nervous system regulation

Deepen your understanding of how prolonged stress, anxiety and trauma-related experiences can influence nervous system responses. Learn practical ways to help clients develop greater capacity for regulation, restore internal safety and respond more flexibly to stress.

Belief Reorganisation

Explore how deeply held beliefs can influence emotion, behaviour, identity and physical responses. You will learn processes for identifying and reorganising beliefs that may be maintaining distress or restricting change.

Dimensions of Self

Develop a respectful, protector-first approach to internal conflict, learned survival responses and the different dimensions of a client's experience. Protective responses are understood in context before change is introduced.

Therapeutic integration

Bring somatic therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and nervous system principles together within a clear and repeatable framework. You will learn how to select and sequence interventions according to the client's presentation, capacity and therapeutic goals.

Practical and experiential learning

The program combines clinical theory with observation, guided experience and supervised practice. This allows you to understand how each process works, when it may be appropriate and how it can be integrated responsibly.

Training structure

Four days in the room. A year of support.

The in-person component is delivered over four intensive training days across two weekends.

  1. November

    Weekend one

Two full days focused on foundational principles, the clinical framework and the core therapeutic processes. You will begin developing the knowledge and practical skills required to apply the body-mind approach.

  2. December

    Weekend two

Two full days focused on advanced application, integration, supervised practice and preparation for using the framework within your professional work.

  3. Then, every month

Twelve months of mentoring and supervision

Your development continues after the four training days through one mentoring and supervision session each month for 12 months. These sessions support the careful integration of the framework into real therapeutic practice.

    Sessions may include

    • Discussion of client cases and clinical decision-making
    • Refinement of practical skills
    • Ethical and professional considerations
    • Integration within your existing scope of practice
    • Development of your therapeutic approach and professional identity

A pathway to advanced clinical practice

This is a complete professional development pathway rather than a brief introduction to isolated techniques.

It recognises the qualifications and experience you already bring and provides sustained support as you develop greater depth, clarity and confidence in your therapeutic work.

Depending on your goals and scope of practice, the training may support you to:

  1. Broaden and deepen your current therapeutic practice

  2. Integrate advanced body-mind processes into existing clinical work

  3. Develop a specialised area of clinical expertise

  4. Establish or expand an independent therapeutic practice

  5. Create a more focused and sustainable professional direction
