Reset & Rise is a three-day immersive retreat designed for people who are ready to move beyond reset and into real expansion. Building on the Body–Mind Reset Retreat, this experience takes the inner shifts you’ve already made and helps you fully embody them, so clarity turns into direction and change becomes your new way of being. It’s future-focused, practical, and deeply embodied - created for those who feel ready for more than relief and are prepared to step into their next chapter.
Held in the peaceful Byron Bay Hinterland, the retreat offers a safe, restorative sanctuary surrounded by nature, complete with a magnesium pool, infrared sauna, ice baths, and fire pit. Across three carefully guided days, you’ll move through advanced mind–body work, future-self activation, and subconscious integration that helps translate insight into action. This is less about another reset, and more about rising into a version of yourself that feels aligned, energised, and ready to evolve.

Take a day to pause, reconnect, and rediscover your Inner Compass. Held in a secluded Fingal Head sanctuary, this intimate retreat (only 10 spots) combines somatic practices, guided hypnosis, and reflective exercises to help you reset from overwhelm, burnout, or disconnection.
Led by psychotherapist and hypnotherapist Annelie Peusschers, you’ll explore the Inner Compass framework, gaining tools to regulate your energy, rewire limiting beliefs, and realign with what truly matters. By the end of the day, you’ll leave with clarity, renewed motivation, and a tangible plan to carry your reset into daily life.
