The Realign & Rise Retreat

Clarity. Change. Create.

When you see clearly, you begin to create what comes next.

4-7 September, Byron Hinterland

A three-day immersive body–mind experience that uses the power of perspective to support meaningful change and create what comes next.

In March, we began the process of resetting — restoring the body and rewiring what no longer serves.

This September is where that work evolves.

It’s where clarity turns into change… and change becomes something you begin to create in your life.

This is not about doing more. It’s about moving to the next level.

You’ve already developed awareness.

You’ve taken the time to reflect.

There is a difference between understanding change… and actually living it.

This retreat is where that transition begins —where what you already know starts to take shape in how you think, feel, and move forward.

A circular arrangement of large beige rocks surrounds a black fire pit on a gravel surface, with tall trees and green plants in the background, and the sun shining through the trees.
A group of people sitting around a large table in a cozy living room with wooden ceiling beams, large windows, and a stone fireplace in the background. Some people are wearing white shirts, and others are dressed casually. The scene appears to be a gathering or meeting.
A woman in a yellow dress is smiling and handing something to a young man who is sitting and holding a pen. There are other people in the background, some holding smartphones, in a cozy room with a brick wall, large windows, and a television.

What makes this experience different?

This retreat moves beyond surface-level wellbeing practices.

It is grounded in evidence-based approaches that work directly with the nervous system and

the subconscious processes that shape behaviour, emotion, and perception.

Rather than offering temporary reset or relaxation, the focus is on creating change at a deeper

level — where patterns are formed and maintained.

This allows for a more integrated and sustainable shift, where clarity, regulation, and

direction begin to stabilise over time.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

A Sense of Direction You Can Act On

You won’t leave with more ideas — you’ll leave with a grounded sense of what comes next, and the capacity to begin creating it.

  • Body–mind alignment

  • Nervous system regulation and reset

  • Hypnosis to support safety, regulation, and expanded awareness

Create What Comes Next

Change. Decide. Create.

This is where insight begins to translate into action — in a way that feels natural, grounded, and sustainable.

  • Subconscious re-patterning and identity integration

  • Purpose activation and future-oriented embodiment

  • Clear next steps anchored in your body, not just your mind

  • A forward vision that feels achievable, steady, and yours

What’s Included?

  • Accommodation

  • All meals

  • Guided nature walk

  • Therapeutic hypnosis sessions

  • Workbook and integration materials

  • Infrared sauna, magnesium pool, and ice bath access

This September experience builds on the momentum already created —and places are intentionally limited.

Various dishes of Asian cuisine, including curries, rice, bread, and sauces, served on black and wooden plates with fresh herbs, ginger, chili peppers, cherry tomatoes, and lime slices around them on a grey surface.
Outdoor soaking tub under a wooden canopy with a showerhead that is spilling water into a grassy yard.

Ready to Begin Creating What Comes Next?

Places are strictly limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience. If you feel the pull to join us, trust that feeling — it’s your body already moving in the right direction.

Meet Your Facilitator

Annelie Peusschers

Psychotherapist | Clinical Hypnotherapist

I work closely with individuals in my clinic, supporting them through anxiety, trauma,

burnout, and periods of disconnection. What I witness time and time again is that when we work at the level of the nervous system

and subconscious mind, real change begins to take place — not just insight, but a deeper shift in how a person feels, responds, and moves through their life.

Through this work, clients begin to experience a sense of peace they haven’t felt in years, a clearer sense of direction, and the ability to take action in ways that feel natural rather than forced. It is this transformation — and the consistency of these outcomes — that led me to create these retreats. The retreat setting allows for a more immersive experience, where the same evidence-based therapeutic work can unfold over several days, giving your system the space and time it needs to integrate and stabilise change more fully.

My approach combines psychotherapy, therapeutic hypnosis, somatic awareness, and trauma- informed methods. It is grounded, practical, and deeply focused on creating sustainable change — not just during the retreat, but in how you continue to live, decide, and move forward afterwards.

I bring a calm and grounded presence to this work, alongside a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with who they truly are — with greater clarity, self-trust, and a renewed sense of direction.

  • "This last week I went on one of her retreats. That time out gave me such a different mindset, focus and calmed me down internally. I will continue this journey"

    Ben Kamp

  • "I’ve just returned from a retreat facilitated by Annelie at the most idealic location. and I can honestly say it has changed my life in ways I didn’t expect. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, warm, and deeply supportive."

    Wendy Harding

  • I went into the Body Mind Reset Retreat not quite knowing what to expect… and it ended up being so much more than I imagined. From the moment I arrived in the beautiful venue I felt an immediate sense of calm. The setting alone invites you to slow down, breathe, and just be. and that feeling stayed with me not just throughout the retreat, but well into the weeks that followed.
