An Evidence-Based Approach
This two-day intensive professional training introduces mental-health practitioners to evidence-based principles of therapeutic hypnosis for anxiety and stress-related presentations.
Drawing on the work of Dr. Ernest Rossi, Dr. Dan Siegel, and current neuroscience of neuroplasticity. Participants will learn practical mind-body techniques, immediately implementable.
This training bridges psychology, neuroscience and hypnotic language to empower clinicians with practical, research-supported interventions they can use immediately with clients.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
Explain the neurobiological mechanisms underlying the mind-body connection.
Demonstrate basic hypnotic induction techniques activating parasympathetic recovery and nervous system coherence
Apply hypnotic language patterns that promote self-regulation and cognitive flexibility.
Use somatic and imagery-based interventions to support clients experiencing anxiety.
