A practitioner training within the OnTrack Training framework

A Body–Mind Approach to Clinical Change

At OnTrack Training, we focus on how change actually happens — not just cognitively, but neurologically and physiologically.

This training introduces a structured approach to therapeutic hypnosis that integrates:

• Nervous system regulation

• Somatic awareness

• Subconscious patterning

• Evidence-based hypnotherapy

It is designed for practitioners who want to move beyond surface-level change and work at the level where patterns are maintained.

THE CLINICAL GAP

Many practitioners are working with clients who:

• Have strong insight

• Engage well in therapy

• Understand their patterns

And yet continue to experience:

• Anxiety that feels automatic

• Emotional reactivity

• A dysregulated nervous system

This reflects a key limitation:

Most therapeutic work remains at the conscious level.

Trauma, Anxiety & The Nervous System

Within the OnTrack framework, anxiety is understood as a nervous system response — not simply a cognitive issue.

Trauma is stored within the body and nervous system, not just in memory.

As outlined in the training material:

• Clients may cycle between activation (fight/flight)

• Or shutdown (freeze/disconnection)

• Without the ability to return to regulation

This is where deeper, body-based approaches become essential.

WHY HYPNOSIS WITHIN

ON TRACK TRAINING?

Hypnosis is used as a clinical tool to:

‍Regulate the nervous system

Access subconscious processes

Support somatic release

Introduce new patterns at a deeper level

Rather than working against the mind, this approach works with the natural mechanisms of change.

THE ON TRACK APPROACH TO HYPNOSIS

This is not generic hypnosis training.

Within OnTrack Training, hypnosis is taught as a structured clinical process:

Regulation → Access → Reorganisation → Integration

Regulation – creating safety in the nervous system

Access – working with subconscious processes

Reorganisation – updating patterns

Integration – stabilising change

This allows practitioners to work with clarity, safety, and precision.
